Customer movements are important for shopping centre owners. They significantly influence the value of shopping centres and retail units, show potential and provide a basis for optimization. For example, the effect of marketing campaigns is evaluated and quantified, rental price indicators or instructions for personnel planning are provided.
Wincasa has equipped 28 shopping centres with the Pedestrian Analytics System of ASE since 2015. In the course of this, the various historical data sets are harmonized, enhanced and integrated into the new web reporting system. The new data sets are freely available to all authorized persons. Wincasa’s in-house analysts are free to create their own evaluations and presentations.
