ASE simulates the effects of rapidly growing passenger numbers at Basel SBB station

Basel SBB station is one of the largest border stations in Europe and the number of people using the station is constantly increasing. Until a permanent solution for additional capacity in the station is found, immediate measures should ensure the capacity and safety of the station for passengers. These measures were visualized by ASE in 3D simulations and analyzed in terms of safe and comfortable passenger flow and functionality. The results are used to identify the optimal future measures.

The 3D simulations from ASE AG support the planning of the Basel SBB train station infrastructure to accommodate increasing passenger numbers while ensuring safety and comfort. Basel SBB Passenger Flow
