Functionality and requirements checks
When space conditions, flows of people and requirements change in existing buildings, movement flows and utilization concepts must be optimally coordinated. Bottlenecks or unused areas must be identified and prevented as early as possible in the planning process. ASE develops, tests and optimizes utilization concepts for public-intensive buildings.
Planning check
A planning check is essential before implementing a construction project. This is the only way to prove that the logistics and public facilities are adequately dimensioned. Possible bottlenecks and waiting times that may occur during operation are identified and described. Possible solutions are recorded. Simulations enable the perspective of future building users from inside the building. In this way, qualitative impressions are presented and plans are validated. With regard to logistics, selected processes and flows of goods are examined in scenarios. ASE thus optimizes existing resources and capacities as early as the planning phase.
