With the data from the ASE, employees and students can use real-time information to organize their stay more effectively and receive information about the utilization of lecture halls, study areas and meeting rooms.

The sensors determine the current waiting times and provide this information to students and staff, so that the waiting times can be automatically displayed on APPs, websites and monitors. This can be combined with an occupancy alarm so that staff present in the store, canteen or library can quickly move to unoccupied checkouts.

Quality in facility management is characterized by customer satisfaction and efficiency. The Facility Management Suite uses a web application to provide real-time information on the status of the facilities and any necessary interventions. An app tells operational employees what needs to be done and what has been done. This enables them to intervene efficiently in the event of maintenance or malfunctions and minimize the duration of an unsatisfactory situation. Regular maintenance work that is not necessary is delayed when there is little operation, which saves costs. Thanks to machine learning algorithms, proactive action can be taken in times without acute problems in order to avoid future problems. Needs-based maintenance is created by linking with the Pedestrian Analytics System and other data sources.
