When you apply to our company, you provide us with your personal data for a specific application for the purpose of finding a job.

Data protection is important to us. ASE AG and ASE GmbH have taken the necessary organizational and technical measures to ensure the confidentiality of your application. All employees in the HR department are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding personal data as part of their employment contract. When processing the data, the general standards of data security in accordance with the current state of the art are taken into account.

As part of the application process, your personal data is stored in the applicant database together with your title, surname and first name as well as the usual contact details such as postal address, e-mail address and telephone numbers. In addition, application documents such as letter of motivation, CV, professional, school and further qualifications and certificates are recorded. This data is only stored, evaluated, processed or forwarded internally as part of your application. They are only accessible to employees of the HR department and the persons responsible for personnel selection. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to companies or persons outside the company or used for other purposes. The data may be processed for statistical purposes (e.g. reporting). It is not possible to draw conclusions about individual persons.

You can request information about which data about you is being processed by submitting a request for information. Please send this request to our HR department at jobs@ase.ch . You can change or delete your electronic data at any time. You can request the change or deletion of data via jobs@ase.ch arrange.

If you apply to our company, your personal data or at most an extract of it will be stored in your personnel file. If you have applied but receive a rejection, your data will be stored for 3 months after completion of the application process and then deleted (profile and application). You will not be notified of the deletion of your data. If you have applied but we are currently unable to offer you a suitable position, we reserve the right to assign your application to a talent pool. In this case, you will receive a notification for your information. If you do not agree to this or are no longer interested, you can have your data (profile and application) deleted immediately at any time. Report your deletion directly to jobs@ase.ch. If your application is assigned to a talent pool, the data will be stored for 12 months and then deleted.
