ASE orients itself not only towards established but also new methods and combines own and foreign data. For this, ASE uses its own as well as external software. This way, complex spatial questions are solved for the future.

ASE visualizes mobility behavior and traffic flows, so that passenger and customer flows can be displayed in space and time. This way, market potentials and customer attributes can be examined. Regional and local spatial distributions of pedestrians are evaluated, in peak hours and spread throughout the day. ASE uses and combines data and methods and as a result achieves significant added value.

Knowledge about regional and local traffic flows supports evaluation of sites and optimization of future developments. It can be evaluated whether infrastructure capacities are sufficient and how traffic will develop in case system modifications occur.
Population and socio-demographics as well as spatial distributions are used in order to calculate resulting traffic flows.
