The ASE Pedestrian Analytics System (PAS) customer counting system uses the latest technologies to measure how many customers or visitors enter the shop and analyzes with the highest precision how many customers are where and when. The data is analyzed in real-time using intelligent algorithms. You receive direct feedback and see your current performance via the web platform «Diamond Reports.» This allows you to maintain an overview at all times and react promptly. The measurements are anonymous and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The attractiveness of a location depends heavily on pedestrian traffic. With ASE's customer counting system, you can measure not only incoming customers but also the pedestrian flow in front of the shop. This metric is used to calculate the conversion rate for locations, to monitor how many pedestrians enter the shop and how many pass by.

With our system, you can detect queues and inform your employees. They can react to the situation immediately. The automated notification via light or buzzer indicates to employees in the back office or warehouse when they are needed at the checkout. In addition, you can analyze and monitor customer waiting times.

Measurements of the different zones in the store allow for the analysis of consultation time, customer behavior within the store, and the attractiveness of key products or sales areas.
