ASE wins the frequency management tender of Deutsche Bahn AG. The core of the frequency management project is the rollout of a pedestrian analytics system from ASE in major DB stations. The anonymous pedestrian flow data from the stations enables proactive pedestrian guidance, optimal capacity management and makes a decisive contribution to the efficient and safe use of the infrastructure.

The Pedestrian Analytics System meets data protection requirements by processing the data on-premise and in real time and only forwarding anonymized counting data; bicycles or items of luggage can also be counted.

We are proud of our successful collaboration with DB and are delighted to be making a contribution to sustainable mobility. The first installations have already been completed and more stations will follow in the near future.
