Data protection is an important concern for us. ASE AG and ASE GmbH have taken the necessary organizational and technical measures to ensure the confidentiality of your application. All employees of the personnel department are bound to secrecy regarding personal data within the scope of their employment contract. The general standards for data security in accordance with the current state of the art are taken into account when processing data

During the application process, your personal data will be stored in the applicant database along with your title, surname and first name, as well as the usual correspondence data such as postal address, e-mail address and telephone numbers. In addition, application documents such as letters of motivation, curriculum vitae, professional, educational and further training qualifications and references are recorded.  This data is only stored, evaluated, processed or forwarded internally as part of your application. They are only accessible to employees of the personnel department and the persons responsible for the selection of the company. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to companies or persons outside the company or used for other purposes.   The data may be processed for statistical purposes (e.g. reporting). It is not possible to draw conclu-sions about individual persons.

You can request information about what data is being processed about you by submitting a request for information. Please send this request to our HR department, jobs@ase.ch.   You can have your electronic data changed or deleted at any time. You can initiate the change or deletion of data via jobs@ase.ch.

If you apply for a job with our company, your personal data, or at most an extract thereof, will be placed in your personnel file. If you have applied but received a negative decision, your data will be stored for 3 months after completion of the application process and then deleted (profile and application). There will be no notification of the deletion of the data. If you have applied but we are unable to offer you a suitable position at this time, we reserve the right to assign your application to a talent pool. In this case, you will receive a message for your information. If you do not agree or are no longer interested, you can have your data (profile and application) deleted immediately at any time. Report your deletion directly to jobs@ase.ch. If your application is assigned to a talent pool, the data will be stored for 12 months and then deleted. .
