ASE runs PAS (high-precision Pedestrian Analytics System) at Tampines station under a high-density interchange link. Data is available for Singapore Authorities on a very detailed temporal and spatial level, including pedestrian densities, directional counts, walking behavior (e.g. speed) and trajectories of individuals.

Since April 2019, PAS delivers fundamental data for pedestrian behavior evaluation in Tampines. Based on captured data, counts serve for future pedestrian simulations, and a calibrated social force model is available for optimized simulation behavior.
Next step in the successful story of ASE in Asia.
