PEDESTRIAN ANALYTICS SYSTEM DATA PLATFORM

The Pedestrian Analytics System (PAS) is an open and holistic IoT system. It is used to capture and analyse customer flows in transportation, retail, and buildings or public spaces with high traffic. It includes sensor technology, a server platform, data handling, and analytics, as well as numerous applications. Thanks to modern interfaces, data connections between the PAS and other systems are easily established. PAS is compatible with all sensors and APIs available on the market. It is suitable for real-time applications where inbuilt algorithms enable forecasts and virtual counting by referencing historical or external data sets.

DATA ACQUISITION

The ASE collects and integrates the most varied data from the measuring fields of the individual sensors. In this way, measurement fields of unlimited size can be created. In these, current data is continuously recorded and combined with historical data. Various properties and information can be derived and processed from the data.

ASE provides capacity and demand estimates to aid in the optimisation and cost-efficient planning of infrastructure and mobility services. We are experts in asset management for technical installations, supporting our customers in developing their asset inventory and helping them to keep the equipment information up to date. Our services cover the entire life cycle of your installations: We help you identify all relevant data sources, develop efficient data collection processes that take into account your available resources and train your staff. Depending on the client’s wishes, we can also take on the data collection work ourselves. To ensure that the asset inventory remains up-to-date in today’s dynamic environment, we define suitable work processes with our clients. Asset management is a continuous process, which does not have to be challenging due to the support of ASE.

The ASE web reporting tool Diamond Reports does all the work of data structuring and data visualisation. Diamond Reports can be hosted on premise at the customer’s premises or in the ASE Cloud and is accessible from any device (mobile phone, tablet, notebook, etc). Diamond Reports offers an intuitive user experience individual customisation options of charts and reports that appeal to both light users and IT/data professionals. As such, Diamond Reports is much more than a pure visualisation tool.

Crowd Monitor

The Crowd Monitor automatically regulates the flow of customers wherever capacity restrictions may exist – whether in the shop, on platforms, in the restaurant or at stations. Staff costs are eliminated and the risk of overcapacity is reduced. Since the data of the level measurement is recorded and always accessible, an official safety proof for the compliance with legal standards is created.

SmarteqMax

SMARTEQMAX models your entire process of maintenance of technical installations and equipment. The process begins with the planning and projecting of facilities, includes operation, maintenance and repair during the service lifetime and ends with the targeted replacement of the facility. The focus is always on technical availability. Through its functionality, the SMARTEQMAX web application supports management in strategic decisions as well as operations, which must ensure the availability of the infrastructure and the implementation of strategic requirements in their daily work.
