Based on the plans and experiences from comparable events, it identifies the potential risk factors and offers suggestions for improvement. For added functionality, it enables real-time counting of visitors to help provide effective crowd management during the event.

Crowd safety is the number one priority at many events. ASE’s Crowd Manager for sports and event halls limits and monitors the number of people in high traffic situations. It informs security staff in real-time of the current numbers and the remaining capacity, allowing them to direct guests to empty sections. The crowd monitor can also control doors and offers an API to update visitors.

The Trade Show Tracker helps exhibitors and fair organisers optimise effectiveness across the board. With sensor technology mounted on booths, it records the flow of people creating a real-time picture of the number of visitors while also identifying popular places and dead spots. Sensors also measure and evaluate the length of stay and level of interaction at each booth, and can highlight potential weak points and areas for improvement.
