Construction measures are very cost-intensive and only go into operation after a long time. However, digitalisation is fast and can tap 10 to 30% of unused reserves of existing facilities. If we nevertheless build new facilities, they must meet the needs of tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. Inefficient use of infrastructure is neither financially viable nor acceptable.
