The bank reinvents itself and makes room for its customers
When was your last visit to one of your bank’s branches? Usually quite a long time ago – and why should you when everything can be done from home? Our client, a Swiss bank, sees things differently and has big plans for its vision of a reinvented bank branch 2.0.
With the combination of coworking spaces and business as well as financial advice in a feel-good ambience, the bank is even closer to its clients. For example advisors and clients can become neighbours over lunch. But which layout works the best?
