ASE provides safety certifications for public facilities for SBB

Since mid-2017 ASE produces safety certificates on behalf of SBB for the public facilities at railway stations that are being redesigned to be in line with the Disability Equality Act.
ASE provides safety certifications for public facilities for SBB

The safety certificates are part of the project planning and the planning approving procedure for railway projects. ASE certifies that the public facilities can be operated safely in view of the expected passenger volume in the future. The analysis includes all system components of a station which are intended for the handling of passenger flows. I.e. platforms, stairs, escalators, overpasses and underpasses and connections to the surroundings
